Riszel Creatives provides a range of services including graphic design, video and podcast editing, content creation, and administrative tasks. The scope of services and fees will be outlined in our agreement prior to the commencement of any project.

3. Payment and Financial Transactions
All services are billed on an agreed-upon basis, either per hour or per project. Payments are due according to the terms specified in the invoice or service agreement. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel services if payment terms are not met. Any refunds or cancellations will be handled as per the conditions agreed upon before the service commencement.

4. Confidentiality and Security
Confidentiality and data security are paramount. We use secure communication channels and adhere to strict confidentiality agreements to protect your sensitive information. NDAs can be signed upon request for additional protection.

5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Riszel Creatives remain the property of Riszel Tadeja until full payment is received. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered work for the purposes outlined in the project agreement. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the work is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Riszel Creatives is not liable for any errors in information or services provided, or for any downtime of the website. We strive to deliver high-quality work but are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services.

7. User Conduct
Users of our services agree not to engage in unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, or spam. Any abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.

8. Account Management
We reserve the right to disable or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of any account changes or terminations.

9. Changes to Terms
Riszel Creatives reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
